Africa’s biggest and most loved gospel music event is here!
The Experience is returning for its 20th edition on December 5, 2025 at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.
Hosted each year by Pastor Paul Adefarasin of House On The Rock Church, this year’s event is shaping up to be another powerful night of worship, unity, and praise under the theme “JESUS UNITED.”
Since it began in 2006, The Experience has grown from a local gathering into a global worship moment. Millions of people from different countries join in every year to lift their voices to God.
The atmosphere is always electric, and the energy is unmatched by anything else in the world.
This year, we’re going to have a rich mix of both national and international artists. From Chandler Moore to Gaise Baba, we’re excited and ready for an unforgettable night!
If you have plans to attend the Xperience this year, here are a few things you need to do:
Plan Out Your Transportation Early
The Xperience is a free admission event, and so you don’t have to buy tickets beforehand or make any payments.
But you are responsible for your own transportation, so it’s important to make arrangements ahead.
You can make plans with friends to use ride hailing services, or for public transportation, make sure you know the relevant bus stops and their locations.
If this is your first time, it’s advisable that you go to the event centre a few days before to familiarize yourself with the route.
Arrive On Time
As earlier mentioned, the event is free. Hundreds of thousands of people show up for the Xperience, so it is important to arrive very early to secure good seats and to beat the rush as the start time (7pm) draws closer.
Avoid saving seats for others to prevent fighting or arguments, it’s advisable to show up on time, find a seat and keep to it for the best experience.

Make Plans For Supplies.
The Xperience is an all night event, so make sure you have everything you’ll need from 7pm till the next morning. Water, snacks, mosquito repellent, rechargeable fans, these are all things that you’ll need at the event, so make sure you pack them beforehand.
Lots of vendors are available at the event, but for certain things that might not be immediately accessible, it’s better to come prepared.
The Xperience this year promises to be a time like no other. It’s bringing believers from different nations, tribes, and church traditions into one place to celebrate Jesus in one voice. It is not just a concert. It is a moment where people encounter God in a real and personal way.
