As part of his Ohemgee Birthday Specials 2026 project, EmmaOMG released a special track dedicated to September celebrants. The project includes a separate song for each month, and the September edition was released alongside the rest of the birthday specials. “Aanu Ni” has been one of the songs we keep seeing everywhere, and there is a good reason for it.
Released as the title track of BisiManuel’s 12-track album, Aanu Ni is centred on the mercy of God and the kind of favour that cannot always be explained by human effort. The song combines Yoruba expressions with a contemporary gospel sound.

“Eze Yoyo” was released earlier this year and has become one of the standout praise songs we’ve been enjoying. As we enter the ember months, it feels like a good time to remember that we still have plenty of reasons to dance.
