Naomi Oyintare Mac Ebiama, better known as Naomi Mac, is a talented Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performer. She first made waves in Nigerian music when she finished as the runner-up in the very first season of Nigerian Idol in 2011.
Born in 1991 in Lagos State, Nigeria, Naomi has her roots in Bayelsa State. Her passion for the performing arts led her to study Theatre Arts at the University of Lagos, where she honed her skills and prepared for a career in music.
Naomi hails from a family where music runs deep. Her sisters, Grace and Faith Mac, have made their own marks in music as well—Grace put her talents to the test on MTN Project Fame back in 2012, while Faith showcased her skills in the Nigerian Idol competition in 2021.
Her big moment arrived in 2011 when she took the stage on Nigerian Idol, captivating everyone with her rendition of Michael Jackson’s iconic ‘Heal the World.’ It was a standout moment that left a lasting impression on the audience. Fast forward to 2014, she once again showcased her talent, finishing as the second runner-up in a competitive South African music competition.
In 2015, Naomi signed with House One Music and dropped her first single, “Fix Me.” But in 2017, her contract got canceled. Not letting that stop her, Naomi kept chasing her dreams, and in 2021, she made it to the finals on The Voice Nigeria.

Naomi Mac dropped her debut album, The Pathfinder, in 2021. Some of her hits include “My Heart” with Adekunle Gold, “Ori Mi” featuring Pheelz, “Mujo,” “Together Forever,” and “I Am.” In 2022, she put out a “Worship Medley,” and then in 2023, she released “I Believe” and “Melody.” In 2025 she released her latest single titled ‘Same Glory’

In 2017, she tied the knot with Francesco Paladini, and they have two daughters together. Their story actually kicked off in 2015 at a friend’s concert at the Eko hotel. Francesco was the red carpet host at the time and offered Naomi some groundnuts, which ended up sparking a connection between them. Even though Naomi wasn’t a fan of groundnuts at first, Francesco kept at it until she finally gave in.
The couple got married in July 2017 with a cozy ceremony. Their wedding lasted for two whole weeks! It kicked off with court and church ceremonies on July 6, then they had the traditional wedding and reception on July 15 in Lagos.
Naomi’s relationship hit a rough patch when her record label dropped her contract because they found out she was getting married. In an interview, she mentioned getting a message telling her to put the wedding on hold. Despite that, she decided to go ahead with the marriage, only to find out later that her four-year contract was on ice. This meant she couldn’t work or sign with another label during that time. Luckily, Francesco stepped up as her manager, always supporting her, attending events together, and handling communications as a team.
