When thinking about gospel artists who are doing more than singing — those who are building platforms, cultivating talent, and expanding Afrogospel’s reach — Neon Adejo is one of the names that stands out. Beyond his vocal prowess and songwriting gift, Adejo has founded Kairos House (also referred as Kairos Promotions Limited / Kairos Promotions Africa) as a vehicle to support other artists and to professionalize how gospel music works in Nigeria and beyond.
How Kairos House Was Founded
Neon Adejo, born Neon Adejo Yunisa, started his personal music journey in 2014. As his profile grew, so did his vision: creating a space (a platform) where emerging artists could receive mentorship, structure, and exposure. This led to forming Kairos Promotions Limited (or Kairos House) as his imprint.

Kairos is designed to serve as distribution, marketing, promotion, and label services for gospel creatives who might not have the resources or networks otherwise.

Operations, Partnerships, & Strategies of Kairos’ House
Kairos House is more than just a label. It’s emerging as a talent incubator and distribution engine for the gospel music space, especially for artists doing Afrogospel, worship, Christian R&B, spoken word, etc. Here are some of its operational features and recent strategic moves:
1. Partnership with MAD Solutions:
In July 2025, Kairos House inked a strategic deal with MAD Solutions, a major distribution and media company. This partnership is intended to amplify emerging gospel voices by providing distribution reach, media support, creative & structural empowerment.
2. Distribution, Marketing & Promotions:
Kairos provides services such as recordings, digital distribution, promotion, helping artists to have their music heard globally.

3. Talent Discovery:
One sign of its operations is how artists are discovered, for example: Adachi was discovered via a short video clip on Facebook, then offered distribution, recording, and promotion under Kairos Promotions. Adachi is one of the first talents under Kairos Promotions’ distribution & promotion service. Her single “Ekele” was released under this partnership.
Another artist under this household goes by the name “Inuriem Shalom” just released a song on Friday 10th October, 2025. It’s titled “My Sufficiency”.

The Impact on Afrogospel Music Industry
Kairos House is contributing several positive shifts in the Afrogospel space. Here are some of the key impacts:
1. Greater Access for Emerging Talent
For many gospel creatives, one big barrier is lack of exposure, weak distribution, or poor marketing. Kairos House, especially with MAD Solutions, is helping to reduce these hurdles by giving artists infrastructure, visibility, and professional support.

2. Professionalism & Quality
Kairos House encourages high standards in production, promotion, and messaging. The support it gives helps ensure songs are not just recorded, but well-produced, well-launched, and reaching audiences effectively.
3. Expanding Reach (Global & Local)
With strategic distribution deals and digital platforms, music from artists under Kairos has the potential to go beyond local/national audiences into international spaces.
Why We Think Kairos House Matters
Kairos House is part of a broader shift in the gospel music industry in Nigeria and Africa: the move from informal, church-based distribution and local focus toward more formalized models that can compete globally, while retaining African identity. Through such platforms, gospel music is gaining strength not just in spiritual impact, but in economic, cultural, and artistic influence.
