Are you Solid? We think Aigbeh D’gong ‘Solid’ Will Strengthen Your Faith.

When you hear the word Solid what comes to mind? Well, I think of the ‘solid ground’ hymn. I bet every Christian can relate to that hymn. Which is why I think Aigbeh D’gong is a solid guy. Have you listened to the lyrics of the song? Right from the first line, ‘other ground na sinking sansan’ which means other grounds na paper? Small rain, your leg don dey sink. Then he went to say we should ask his guys because he no dey hype. Well, I think that is a lie. Because Aigbeh D’gong dey hype God abeg? Remember his lyrics from Zeubabbel, ‘We heal the sick on Saturday, no holiday for Imago Dei’? Now, that is certified hype for the work of the Holy Ghost.

I doubt if we are ready for the unveiling of rising artists in the Afro-gospel industry. Because… the energy is off the roof. ‘Solid’ is a clear reflection of aesthetics, hard work and commitment. It is a cool song that gives you a rebranded feel of the old hymn, ‘On Christ the solid rock I stand’. We all know that Aigbeh is a genius musician, and he has in the last 2 years given us juicy music to cool our hearts, and vibe to while reminding us that na Baba God get the wheel.
