Sound of Salem has had quite a run. From songs that became worship favourites to songs that found their way into social media trends, the group has released music that people have connected with in different ways. Here are five Sound of Salem songs that made waves.

1. We Will Be Many ft. Lawrence Oyor & Moses Akoh

Released in 2025, “We Will Be Many” became one of the group’s biggest songs. The song is a call to believers to answer God’s call, become vessels, preach the gospel and fulfil their assignment. It is essentially a song about purpose, discipleship and spiritual multiplication.

2. Promise Keeper

Released as part of Dominion in March 2025, the song quickly became another major Sounds of Salem favourite. The song is centred on God’s faithfulness and the believer’s response to that faithfulness. The song also carries the idea of passionately pursuing God as a “reckless lover.”

3. Imole

Imole means “light” in Yoruba, and the song focuses on God bringing light, direction and victory into a person’s life.

4. Miracle Baby

If “Miracle Baby” feels like a more recent addition to the Sound of Salem conversation, that’s because it is. The song is a joyful expression of faith, thanksgiving and expectation around God’s miraculous intervention. The newer Raw Version has also given the song another life in 2026.

5. THIS IS WAR

This one takes a different direction, leaning into spiritual warfare and the believer’s declaration against the enemy. It gives us an opportunity to show the more intense, energetic side of Sound of Salem.

From “We Will Be Many” to “Miracle Baby,” Sound of Salem has shown that gospel music can create the same kind of moments that get people talking, sharing and singing along.
