Marizu Ikechi, professionally known as Marizu, is a Nigerian singer born in 1998. His father, Bushi Ikechi, was a gospel singer. Marizu started singing at the age of 16 when he joined a church choir. He released his debut single, “Chosen,” in 2018 and signed with the record label HFP Music in 2019.
In August 2020, Marizu released his first EP, “Chapter 1: Vol.1,” followed by a second EP titled “Chapter 1: Vol.2” in October 2020. His third EP, “Deity,” was released in July 2021.
